This is Justin’s 4th birthday workout in our room. 2 years of double-dose, 1 year of uno-dose and now triple dose. Athletes have 6 minutes to try and complete a workout. There are 4 choices and athletes can chose 3. There is 2 minutes of rest between each 6 minute segment. Score = time is take to complete segment or the amount of unfinished reps.
