The teams ended up being balanced pretty well. The winning team only finished slightly over a minute faster. Pretty close for a 30+ minute workout.

This was a great BIG SATURDAY workout to help Keli’i celebrate his birthday. We have to get out of the room more often. The picnics that follow are always loads of fun. The Standup Paddleboards were a great addition to our fun. Thanks to Coach Pat for setting this whole day up.

Teams of 10(ish)
Half the team jumps in an Outrigger Canoe – Paddle 1.5 miles
The other half of team splits into teams of 2 or 3
Each team of 2 or 3 completes the following:
100 Burpees
200 Kettlebell Swings(m-44lbs/f-26lbs)
300 Push-Ups
When beach wod is down and canoe returns – teams switch
