“Let us not be content to wait and see what will happen, but give us the determination to make the right things happen.”

Do you want to know a statement I hear all the time, “I keep inviting my friends, but they are too afraid to come.” Having a name like Hardass Fitness and posting pictures like the one above do little to help. Our workouts are both mentally and physically challenging, however, I am confident that anyone can do them to some scale. We pride ourselves on adjusting the weight, rep count, and number of rounds to ensure an appropriate workout per individual. We actively promote half workouts and even a quarter of the prescribed workout when appropriate. We allow members to choose their own weights and scale as needed. So those that want to hit it big and hard may, and those that need to pull it back for whatever reason can feel free to do so.
We also plan to post an equal number of “smiling” pictures to prove that people actually enjoy coming here.
