Today was a heavy coaching day focusing on deadlift technique. Mr. Joshua is normally a big workout with a heavy prescribed deadlift weight that stands like a huge mountain in the middle of the workout. Taunting and daring you to try and conquer it. Today we asked our members to lighten the load and concentrate on form and technique. This made the workout lighter and faster, not necessarily easier. Tomorrow we will be spending additional time coaching a specific movement but “you must be present to win.” As promised, we included a “smiley” picture to prove that people actually enjoy coming to workout. This was taken after the workout, so maybe they just enjoy the workout being over.
