Max is pictured above doing a set of pull-ups, but he holds the room record for our 650M run at 1:57. He said, “given the right day, I think I could do 1:52” I totally believe him. Today’s workout actually gives you a choice on a workout with a run or one without. To my amazement, almost all of you chose to run. I guess I won’t even believe you when I hear all the moans and groans when a run is programmed. The reason for an alternate workout was due to the threat of a big rain storm that never materialized. It is still nice to have options every now and then.
