**Each round, drop the PULL-UPS and SIT-UPS by 3 reps, from 21 all the way down to 6 reps! Standing Lunges remain at 20 reps each round! (2nd round would be: 20 Standing Lunges, 18 Pull-Ups & 18 Sit-Ups)
