Helen is all about speed. The goal is to push the run hard and try to do all reps per movement in one set. Improving your “Helen” time boils down to turning over reps quickly and minimizing transition time…at least for the gamers. For others it is about finishing. Helen is a great benchmark workout to prove that a hard and fast can lead to great improvements in general fitness.
