Since CrossFit.com decided to drop this workout twice this week(in reverse order) we figured we could do it once. Athletes who wanted to Rx this workout could do it top to bottom or bottom to top. Other who weren’t going after an Rx could do it in any order and even switch the rep count and elements around. It is good to have fun with wods!
