10 Overhead Plate Lunges(m-45lbs/f-25lbs)
10 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High Pull(m-70lbs/44lbs)
200m Run
9am class 5 rounds
10am class 7 rounds
2 to 3 people per group. All members of the group must complete the reps before heading out on the run together. The group can split up on the run, but all have to be back in the room to start the reps. Only one member of the group has to touch the back wall. Extra burpees can be done if desired instead of resting and waiting for your partners. Burpees will be added as a bonus to your finish time.
