Big Saturday proved to be a full day. We kicked it off with Short Murph(1/2) for the 9am class and full Murph for the 10am class. Then we went into coach Josh’s final Paleo lecture followed by a killer barbecue. Everyone tried to squeeze in as much indulgence as possible. Monday is coming soon and soon there will be no pumpkin crunch and no beer. Everyone was already talking about the next barbecue when the 30-day challenge is over. Who wants in raise their hand?
