Today’s workout was a whirlwind of fun! We were on a Holiday Schedule but that didn’t stop our athletes from coming in to help Katrina celebrate her birthday!! The only time you could try and catch your breath from the Hurricane was on the 100m run. Yes, birthday wods are always memorable. Happy Birthday Katrina!!
