“Twisted Tabata
Tabata = 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds
Tabata Squats
Deadlifts(m-225lbs/f-150lbs)
using the same clock but 20 seconds of work followed by 40 seconds of rest – 4 rounds
Tabata Push-Ups
Deadlifts
Tabata Sit-Ups
