A few pics from this past Thursday’s Strength Day. Since there seems to be those who would prefer to avoid “Strength Day”, we may begin announcing in advance which movement we will be covering. Our hope is to entice you to participate in strength day and understand the benefits that go along with this mode of training. So we are going to package it and sell it differently.
