15 Kettlebell Swings(m-44lbs/f-26lbs)
10 Kettlebell Cleans(1-arm)(m-44lbs/f-26lbs)
10 Push-Ups
15 Sit-Ups
20 Squats
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes
