Our Saturday’s Open Prep Workout ended in “Double-Tails” for the coin toss which meant the barbell weight was (m-155lbs/f-105lbs) and squat cleans.(see 1/12/12).
We are dropping next weeks workout early so everyone who is interested in participating in the 12Noon class on Saturday can begin to prepare.
