The Adult class needs to learn from the Keiki class. I never see them smiling when they are doing burpees=). Looks like something awesome is being taught at Keiki CrossFit.
There are just 2 runs in this 5 round workout. At the beginning and end. It is funny how deadlifts can ruin your perfect double-under. Everyone who usually has flawless double-unders looked confused. They changed ropes, moved over a few feet on the workout floor and kept looking behind them as if something or someone was snagging their jump rope. Must be that little Leprechaun.
