Today’s workout was a descending ladder meaning the second round was 9,9,9,9 run then, 8,8,8,8 run etc. 10th and final round was 1,1,1,1 and finished with a 100m run. A great burner workout that shouldn’t tap in to anything for tomorrow’s HAF Throwdown.
