This is the treat that awaited us after completing “Murph”. Thanks Brent!

It has become a national CrossFit tradition to do the hero workout “Murph” on Memorial Day. Like all hero workouts, we gather together to pay tribute to soldiers who gave their life in the line of duty. Many athletes chose to increase the suffering by adding chest to bar pull-ups, hand-release push-up, jumping squats and even wall ball to make the tribute last even longer.

Workout of the Day:

“Murph”
1 mile run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Squats
1 mile run
If available, wear a 20lbs vest!
