A) 150m Rowling(pay variance in burpees) – Alternate every other round with 150m Run
B) 2 Muscle-Ups then 14 reps of 1 of the following each round
Wall Ball(20/14 to 10′)
Medicine Ball Clean(20/14)
Kettlebell Swing(53/35)
Plank Reach
Plank Up/Down
7 rounds
Whichever athletes completes their segment first has the choice to rest or do burpees for 3 seconds off team finish time
