Suzy makes it up on our 1 year wall of fame. I remember when Suzy first joined, her main goal was to run a continuous 400m without stopping. She commented on how it has helped her tremendously both physically and mentally. That “I’m not quitting” attitude is a big part of CrossFit training. Great job Suzy!
