We will be getting out of the gym again for our “BIG SATURDAY” event. This is the first time we will be doing a triple Wod. Three separate workouts with a 15-minute rest break(approx) in between. We will start at 9am. Members are welcome to do 1, 2 or all 3 workouts. Barbecue to follow. The house will bring a grill, grilling meats and cooler of beer. Bring a dish to share and enjoy CrossFit outdoors. We will meet at 9am at the makai side of Magic Island parking lot. Be ready for anything.
